Booked this service last minute as wanted to get everything ready before the holidays- they were very busy but still helped find a slot convenient to me (I work full time). They arrived bang on time and it took them an hour to do my living room, stairs and carpet including saying. They made sure to move any furniture safely that I had to leave in the room - my carpet looks brilliant, am very very happy and will definitely use them again! ๐

I have a busy household with 3 dogs and grandchildren who come around regularly so my lounge furniture gets a lot of use. Today I had 2 large settees, a large cuddle chair and a rug cleaned. The furniture has come up lovely and looks like new and the rug now smells equally Really professional, pleasant and lovely team. The cost was money well spent for the fantastic results. The cleaning equipment they used was of high quality and they had huge fans to help dry the upholstery. I would highly recommend Raf and Sylvia and I will definitely use them again ๐

I manage to book them in with no hassle to deep clean the carpet of our new house. They turned up earlier than expected which was brilliant. I was going to hire a rug doctor and try and do it myself but a friend mentioned Rafโs cleaning services and Iโm so glad I went with Raf, I booked in for a Saturday morning and he texted me 30 mins before he arrived to let me know heโd set off, the communication throughout was fantastic and the whole process was very smooth. The carpet is in the living room and is a light cream colour and was starting to look tired especially in the high traffic areas near the sofa , the results are amazing he really has brought it back to life!! From what I seen the kit he has is very high end so you can be confident he has the kit to get your carpets looking great again !! And he didn't mind our German shepherd at all he's very understanding with animals which was lovely as not everyone likes big dogs. Was genuinely going to call our old carpet fitter & see if they had our old carpet in stock, so they could redo our landing. But then I called Raf! All the marks have gone, it feels deep pile again (not all squashed into the floor)- itโs back like the day we bought it. Definitely recommend.
Raf came today to clean our living room carpet and stairs and landing allโs I can say is Iโm amazed! It looks like a new carpet and the best of it is that itโs not soaking wet it was left only slightly damp. Raf was really friendly and professional too. I would definitely recommend!

My recommendation was purely based on the great content that Raf puts out and the results achieved consistently week and after week. Raf, my brother and my sis-in-law were extremely happy with their results, you were punctual and polite, at a very fair price, and both said to me that they would recommend you to friends, family and even people they do not know personally as the grey carpets looked like new after you had worked on them. Raf's carpet cleaning service was recommended to me from a friend !! They have now cleaned 3 properties for me !! From new to old carpets they are very experienced and know what they are doing !! Very Professional service worked so hard on my stairs carpet and two arm chairs . 100% for communications messaged few days before and 30 mins before arrival. both felt dry when they left although I was advised to air for 2-3 hours more. I'm more than happy thankyou guys will definitely use you again. oh and almost forgot they feel and smell amazing too ๐

Best carpet and sofa cleaners in the North West, by a country mile. And what lovely, professional people they are. Iโve had some bad experiences in the past and Raf and Sylvia were recommended to me by a friend. My carpets look brand new, everything was kept clean, tidy and with a level of respect for your home that you donโt get with many places these days. I have a sofa that is a delicate material, and cream! They did an absolutely amazing job, went over and above and really did provide a fantastic service. Raf and Sylvia came today to clean a carpet that has survived two dogs and a baby. They managed to remove all sorts of stains including slime and wine! Excellent service from Raf's Cleaning Service. Stair carpet needed a freshen up after some home improvements. can't fault the service, he turned up before time ( he contacted me to check this was okay), RAF and his partner kept to the social distancing measures and maintained health and safety throughout. I took advantage of the deal and had a small bedroom carpet and rug cleaned too. I always get three quotes and Raf's was the best price for the job. My carpets are now smell fresh and clean, he also gave me a carpet cleaning solution, which I can use to clean my car seats as well as carpets and fabric sofas. This is the first time Iโve used Rafโs Cleaning Service and I would highly recommend them. They communicated with me from the start of my enquiry, arrived promptly, were courteous and polite and definitely Covid prepared with masks, gloves & overshoes. Nothing was too much trouble. They moved my couch & chairs around whilst they cleaned - no refilling or emptying of buckets of dirty water in my house - they have a long hose coming from their van. Both Raf and his partner were really efficient and friendly. The standard of their work is excellent. My carpets look like new and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
