Well, here is what we do:

We always inspect your carpets first to identify possible issues, and discuss them with You;
We apply cleaning solution we choose to your carpet and apply spot and stain removers, if necessary.
Then always vacuum your carpets to be sure, that we remove as much dry soil as possible.
If it is necessary – we use speedy drying equipment to reduce drying time.
Depending on the level and kind of soil we identify, we choose the best possible cleaning method and cleaning solutions.
As a last step – we discuss the results with you. Because we want to be sure, that the job has been done up to your standards.
Next step is an mechanical agitation of your carpets to suspense soil. This step allows us to use less water for cleaning, which means that we can reduce drying time.
We rinse your carpets to be sure, that dirt and solution we used for cleaning are removed. Depending on the type of carpet, we can use temperatures between 60 to 120 degrees.
